Robin's Zoom Prayer Meeting!

Have you ever tried a Zoom meeting? If not, we are hoping it's your night to try! Why would you want to join a Zoom prayer meeting?

1. It's a great way to connect with God and make known our prayer requests, praises and thanksgiving. We can receive guidance from above on all the matters that matter!
2. It's a great way to stay connected with our members.
3. It's in a germ-free environment in the comfort of home, during the pandemic!

This just in from our sister church, Hanover, SDA...

Dear Church Family

On September 12 we will have our services at Codorus State Park. Our church facility will be closed. Sabbath School will begin at 10am and we plan to have all age groups/classes meeting with various activities. Worship service will follow at approximately 11 and we will enjoy lunch together after the service.

We are going to make every effort to maintain appropriate distancing especially when eating. The food dishes that you bring to share will be spread out over 2 tables so that we are not packed together too closely. Please bring lawn chairs and/or a blanket and dress casually.

Directions

From Hanover, follow PA 216 to the park. Exit at the Swimming Pool Sign which will be on your right after crossing the first bridge. We have reserved Pavilions #1 and #2.

From I-83, take Exit 8, go 18 miles west on PA 216 to the park.

Please turn in or complete a ballot for the Nominating Committee by this Sabbath, September 5. Place the form in the basket located on the desk in the front foyer area. Each member may complete 1 form. Peggy Spangler will be collecting these papers and tallying the information. The members who have been nominated will be contacted by her regarding serving on this committee.

We ask for your prayers of blessing as our son Brennan gets married on Friday of this week. We will be in Virginia Beach to celebrate with him in a very small, private ceremony.
